By purchasing a Tarantula from Ghosty’s Tarantulas you consent to the following 


Terms and Conditions:

  • Live Arrival guarantee only applies for 2 hours after delivery to home address or hub. Photos must be submitted with deceased tarantula on a U.S quarter for size reference 
  • Home delivery will not be accepted if weather is below 60 F or above 85 F
  • Animals with only be shipped through Fedex Priority or Standard overnight
  • After our 2 hour live arrival guarantee has lapsed Ghosty's Tarantulas is not longer responsible to the health and care of your animal
  • Spiderling package that includes a 7 day guarantee is dependent on if the care guide is followed if you use any other care guide, Enclosure, Substrate, etc will void this guarantee and leaves the customer with full r responsibility

All DOAs(Dead on arrival) must be submitted within two hours of delivery time with photos of the animal in question next to a U.S quarter with your first and last name written on a post it note or paper.  Please allow up to 24hrs for refund to initiate.

If information is not sent to us within 2 hours of delivery date we will be unable to provide you with a refund
