1. General By purchasing from Ghosty's Tarantulas ("we," "us," "our") at ghostystarantulas.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Age Requirement You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our store. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Live Animal Sales All sales of live animals are final. We do not accept returns on live animals. Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies under the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Accuracy of Listings We make every effort to accurately represent species, sex, size, and condition of all animals. Minor variations in appearance are natural and not grounds for a refund.

5. Buyer Responsibility It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that ownership of the purchased species is legal in their state, county, and municipality. Ghosty's Tarantulas is not liable for any legal issues arising from the purchase or ownership of animals.

6. Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather holds, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

8. Limitation of Liability Ghosty's Tarantulas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or ownership of any animal.
